All warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer.
SPEED FX BMX cannot and will not approve warranty directly.
The manufacturer will then determine if it is a warranty case. Warranty cases vary from different manufacturers on different products and cover defects, they do not cover normal wear and tear, mistreatment - not for intended use.
SPEED FX BMX will contact the manufacturer on behalf of the customer.

You will need, along with your claim for warranty:
Name , Date of purchase, Contact numbers, photos and description of failure so we can get your claim processed ASAP.
When the correct warranty process has been followed we will process with the utmost urgency. However, warranty claims take time so please be patient. Once we have done our bit for you, we then have to wait for manufacturers to process claims and get back to us.
Freight and Labour for warranty is the responsibility of the customer, this is not covered by the manufacturer or SPEED FX BMX
